Mr. Rahman qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2023 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), having completed his articleship with Masih Muhith Haque & Co. (RSM in Bangladesh). He is currently responsible for overseeing external audit and taxation services for both corporate clients and individuals. In addition, he manages various outsourcing assignments, including support services in Accounting, VAT, and Secretarial functions. Mr. Rahman brings substantial experience in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, and Legal Compliance, having served in diverse roles across multiple organizations. His industry exposure includes the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector and various service industries. He also served as a consultant at the World Bank, contributing his expertise to high-impact financial projects. He plays a key role in the firm's statutory audit and management consultancy services, while also providing technical leadership in areas such as International and Local Tax, VAT, and Transfer Pricing, along with other related advisory services.
